I arrived on the start line with 12s to go, then got dropped in the neutralised zone when I dashed across the room to turn my fan on. I didn’t regain contact until after you had all started!
I just didn’t quite get the jump I needed with my attack. Got the bloody useless XP power-up!
Apart from being 30km too long, that was great fun. Thank you all, especially Paul for organising.

The all important GC standings:
Hung on for as long as I could - got dropped three times and managed to sprint back on, but the fourth time was too much. Tried my best to work with Matt to catch back up, but I didn't have anything left in the legs - had he been dropped with someone other than me, he might have got back on.
