For the team competition it is essential that everyone finishes as you/we get 1 point for just that. Last week some of you bailed, which means 0 points. We currently hold 2nd position in the C-cat team ranking.
We are never gonna beat DBR in the no. 1 spot, as they have 6 riders every week scoring (multiple) points, but holding on to the 2nd spot would be nice! :okay:

Is this cyclechat team? I Will finish:okay:

Thanks for the replies guys.

We are watching Succession, which I agree is excellent but are up to date so only 1 episode a week.

We watched GoT together a while ago and Wendy has watched all of Breaking Bad. Don't think Wendy would like Dan Brown.

So will have a bash at Showtrial thanks - and will have a look at Bojack Horseman, looks a bit marmite

If you can cope with subtitles have a dig through some of the foreign tv series.

Better Than Us (Luchshe, chem lyudi) is a Russian series similar to Humans from ch4

The Bridge (Bron/Broen) and it's variants (The Bridge US/Mexico, The Tunnel UK/France, Der Pass/Pagans Peak Germany/Switzerland iirc, plus a few others I haven't seen) can be intriguing in the way they deal with the characters.

Fatma (Turkish, I believe) is a good one to see. About what a woman is driven to and willing to do to find her husband and survive in the world she lives in.

I like these foreign shows because you see different cultures and societal norms that would never make it to screen here. Just don't binge watch as it'll fry your brain . I try to limit myself to 2 episodes at a time.

Better Call Saul the prequel to Breaking Bad is outstanding, last season is out over the next few months.

That's really good power! Of course, it's much more important to be able to deploy your power at the right time, and for long enough, to win sprints. Shane Miller (GPLama) does a good feature about the double-peak sprint which he finds most effective in Zwift races.
Being able to sprint still at the end of a race is also handy ... it helps of course if you have a whole group of domestiques taking you to the sprint line on a Wednesday evening race

I'm in tonight Steen .... nice rolling course so hopefully we'll stay together in the front group and mix it up in the final sprint :okay:

Oh wow, I didn't realise we were that high up in the Team Standings! That's awesome!

As far as I remember there are two hills on the route today. One starts when you get to the bridge leading to the village and then has a few hairpins. I think that's about 1minute effort? And then there are two very deceptive bumps before the downhill section to the finish line - will cost you a lot of speed if you don't put in the effort.

The A cat riders do the whole climb section in 1.30-.1.40. This is upto where the road begins a 5% drop. Expect around 2mins first time up
I think that's the bridge, hairpins and the two small bumps that I've mentioned combined. With A cat speed I could see how someone would see it as one. For me, it's more like a 1 min effort (bridge+hairpins), 30s rest (flat/rolling), 15s effort (1st bump), 15s rest (flat), 15s effort (2nd bump) and then put down some power before a supertuck.
