completely agree. Everything he did was framed negatively, even when he smashed the field at Richmond by escaping solo twice(!) They were annoyed that he ruined the race for everyone else. Clearly they need to say - this year we want a puncheur. He also commented on YouTube that they didn't explain that he had never ridden a European set up on brakes before (must be switched in Australia) and so every time he braked going downhill he had to recheck himself. The guy who won probably deserved it as much but it was embarrassing how much they discounted Sam.

Maud was head and shoulders above the other women

Signed up although it's not my ideal course, was expecting to play in the band tonight but it's been cancelled due to Covid.

Signed up although it's not my ideal course, was expecting to play in the band tonight but it's been cancelled due to Covid.

Should be fast and lots of drafting .... there's the long drag up hill but the lead group should be nice and big so hopefully most of us should stay in the front. One of those courses again where there could still be 30+ riders at the end for the final sprint.

Nah, not at all .....

I wish I had the patience for structured training but I'm too random in my approach to pretty much everything. Hope the training goes well as be great to see you back at the pointy end again
