I'm going to see if I can make it to the AHDR ride at 7pm, which is a really good event. It's a 2.3-2.8 w/kg group ride until the 'Pony lap', which is an all-out charge if you want it to be.
You get to unlock the AHDR Euro strip as well, which is mint.

I hopped on with @Legs but riders kept disappearing, guess it was a big group. So I bailed and joined the first race I could find which was...a 2km keirin! Actually very fun!
Put out over 5w/kg and 435 watts over the race. Absolutely mental that some people do that for an hour. I did 2.34 🤣

I did 40 minutes in the blue, then tried some pedal mashing in vain pursuit of the 1200. I did manage to eke out a few more watts on my 15s power… up to 964W.
I'll see how I feel tomorrow evening. I might join you guys - I see Al and Ian are signed up in C

I actually did that course you guys are doing yesterday but the reversed version. I didn’t realise how flat and short it is. The lumps at the end will probably spilt the field a little but I think maybe it’s a bit mundane barring that. I’m up for racing tomorrow but I think I look for something a little longer if possible.
