Felt good tonight and placed 306/1450ish which is my best placing. Was pushing right to the end too, and starting to feel like my old self.

Those climbs on serpentine are just about long enough for me to make a difference, and the flat recovery is short enough that I don’t go completely into the red just holding on. Enjoyed it tonight 👍

Worth watching YouTube to see how to use it but a bit like taking an anadin - you don’t know whether it worked or headache just went - but I like it - and on soles of feet is amazing ( and I don’t like my feet being touched )

My wife used a massage gun. And it’s a few years old now so much bigger (and more intimidating) than what’s currently on the market:

No @Joffey its not made by Hitachi!!!

I find it quite uncomfortable so don’t use it at all. I know a lot of people swear by them though, including my Mrs.

I must admit I didn’t know what my missus massager was when I first found it under the bed… I assumed it was just for massaging her feet. But she’s since explained to me that the little probe bit is to massage her ears and back at the same time 👍

It seems so obvious now she’s explained it to me, I must admit I feel quite the fool!
It does sound quite painful when she takes it into the bathroom with her before bed time though so I’m not sure I’d recommend it.
