Oh, if that's the case I'd best stay out - I think I'd be around 3.6-3.7 for 20 minutes all-out at the moment, though it would obviously be less if I were sticking in a C peloton...Yes, you do get DQd if you go over cat limits in a single race. I.e. 95% of your max 20 min effort needs to be below 3.2 W/kg. You could use Zwift Activity Monitor Pro or something similar though![]()
