Nothing odd in what you were doing @Whorty but a bit of a shocker to be using @<Tommy> ’s Strava feed for inspiration!!

I was convinced we had a massive mountain to climb tonight with 5 Jura riders looking to get into the lead group ... but they just don'r seem to understand the rules and how to win the race ... they seem to only go for finish position and score badly on the primes.

Either poor tactics, or they just haven't mastered the Zwift surge/recovery needed to maximise the prime points.

On paper they were stronger than us all season, but don't have any sprinters.

I don’t know. To be honest I think there’s another way of looking at it but I don’t want to look the gift horse in the mouth as they say!

In fact I don’t really want to see any of your shiny helmets either so I might just call it a night now! 😄

Jura are a really good team to be fair. And Poole wheelers have some really strong climbers in their ranks too I thought. So in the end coming out on top in such a tight battle is very satisfying.

It was a squad victory too which makes it all the more sweeter! From struggling to get out a team of 6 for a couple of seasons, which is kind of tough on the head... We had a whole squad contributing both in the races and also supporting when not in the team.

It seems unfair to pick out any one person when it was such a squad contribution.

Onwards and upwards eh!…

CCC look the same for me... B's have changed - looks like a rider has being reinstated for PWCC

Jura also have their rider reinstated, so now only showing Tommy dq'd

Feels a bit arbitrary ..... does anyone have the written rule? Anything about the margin you are over?

@steverob is probably the man who will know but he's in Canada. I'm not sure when the results are classed as 'final' but they may well change again I suppose. It's tough on riders though, there isn't many races where you get close to going over power limits so to stick one at the end where you have a chance of doing so makes it more of a numbers game rather than a race.

Fantastic rides by both @BurningLegs & @<Tommy> though, regardless of any DQ's. They have contributed plenty of points this season for their respective teams and have both been very impressive in every race.

I'm pretty sure he said last week that WTRL deliberately don't publish the limit and reserve the right to tweak it (which they are clearly doing here [last night we had 4 DQs in our race and now just 1] - just don't know if it's globally set for all divisions or tweaked for each set of results). I think it sucks, but it is what it is. Ideally Zwift would display a rolling 20 minute power indicator and chart so riders could monitor it easily.

He also said he'd never seen anyone DQed in C with less than 3.5 W/kg though (which still looks accurate).

Ah it is all very confusing isn't it.

Apparently whole divisions of B riders were getting DQ'd initially. The jump to A is just so big it's created a super B division- and the people getting DQ'd aren't even the issue it's those that are still within limits deliberately.

There is also a rider in our division who appears to be "micro bursting" (thankfully not from any of the teams in contention). Who knows who is weight doping as well?

At the end of the day very proud of everyone's efforts regardless of how results eventually end up
