I had a bit of a mare on mine. HRM dropped out just before start. By the time i got back in they were already off. i had to give chase and zwift race sprint to catch them up the climb and my Z2 ride went out the window. I also forgot to change from the tt bike to the Tron 1h 4.47 at NP of 209 so just shy of 3w/k. I really like the course. Great visuals and a great circuit with 300m of climbing for a long race.

Human can't anything for itself. When behind of start pen is more than one rider inner beast just wake up and we can say R.I.P recovery and endurance rides.

I noticed more than 4 weeks have gone by without you taking an exotic bicycle vacation. You can’t count on your buddy @<Tommy> to not rat you out to the contractors guild. You know if you let your clients count on you being there steady it will only set the bar too high. Better not risk getting kicked out and go for another foreign ride.

I felt really unwell, for start of race 3, but thankfully it went away. It is amazing how you can go really deep, thinking that's it' I'm done, then do it again a few minutes later.

Did enjoy them once I recovered.

I must not be trying hard enough then. I've felt completely knackered but not sick. That last one I did finishing up NY KoM I quit after race 2, but I had given everything I had.

Ha - would love to get away and escape this weather - I have to agree that it’s been a long time - had the chance to go up Scotland last week but had the horrible job of burying Ruby and sort of knocked the stuffing out of me
