Dual. I was tempted to go Uno and maybe do an upgrade to Duo in the future, but the combined cost of that is much higher than just buying the Duo straight away. It also gives me a bit of redundancy (in case I smash or forget to charge one pedal). I did buy the complete pedal set as the bike fitter advised me against the increased Q-factor (that you get when buying just the Shimano-compatible spindles), based on my biomechanics - not entirely happy with that but hey-ho.
We didn't worry about CE until now, so I don't think there's the need to start. I don't think anyone was holding back![]()
