Did 2hr Z2 workout, it was could be a little bit easier what it was. Nightshift and couple harder rides was a burden, which I'm not well enough recover yet. My Z2 workout was probably little bit too close of Z3 zone, especially heart rate near the finish raise up too close to Z3. Better be more careful next time.
I don't expect to be there at the end of the race but if I am, I'll see what my sprint is like these days.
