1h45min of Zwifting and after that 55min snow shoveling, I think that suppose to be enough of training for a one day

Some sensible stuff in there but doubt it'll be anywhere near perfect!
ZwiftInsider said:It appears as if a small minority of racers have been purposely “tanking” their scores by entering races and essentially soft-pedaling to get a bad result and lower their ZRS, so Zwift is working to implement changes to detect and stop this sort of intentional score manipulation.
Good to see the “anti-tanking” feature coming in…

I don't know how they didn't assume a fair chunk of ppl would do that
I may have to resort to reverse weight doping
The quest continues 98 kmph off the radio tower 😞, bike change at the top TT with disc wheels only had a draft Pu we only a couple of people to draft . Need an aero Pu and bit more than a 600w kick
They say only about 1% - if that's correct then it's a lot of development and cost for a very small % of riders. I suspect though it's currently higher than that as too many riders have too high a seed/ZRS and they want to reduce it to a value that reflects where they really are (I'm definitely in that category).
Thing is though, it's still easy to tank ZRS - just let the pack go in the first minute, then ride hard as a solo rider for the rest of the ride - result is a decent effort in power/HRM but a poor finish position as the pack will go much faster than a solo rider. This is undetectable as getting dropped from a pack is par for the course in racing.
I still think Zwift are trying to solve the wrong problems that they have created with ZRS.
