I've used Zwift for a couple of years now and tend to ride between 5 and 6 days a week (I've just passed the 13,500 mile point )

I have been a member of Zwift since end of 2015. I am also member of Bkool sim and BigRingVR, so it's bit difficult to do statistic how much i spend my time in Zwift. But about 150ml/week can't be too far away.
