Puzzle game procrastinator!

Ah... Well, strictly speaking, the van was pointing towards me, but was stationary. The delivery driver was outside the vehicle. He was obviously going to continue in the wrong direction afterwards though.
I have encountered vehicles driving down at me (and pedestrians crossing down towards me too) on that road in the past though so I am more careful when turning up it now.
I do it nearly every day on my 'singlespeed' bike (now a 6-speed but it spends most of its time left in the 1 gear). It is a testing little climb to sprint up - roughly 100 metres at 10-12%.
