It has to be Worcestershire Sauce.

Unique and versatile. On anything from Cheese on toast or a bacon sarnie to an omelet or fish and chips.

The Jack Daniels one they stuck on my steak in TGI's in Orlando last month. Do they do it here ?

Seen some of those sauces in the Co-Op just this evening. There was a couple of "flavours".

I think it was Landslide telling me about the firm behind Hendersons Relish.

I think the gist of it was - they couldn't/can't be arsed with making or selling anymore of it than they already do.

No favourites really, but...
Tomato sauce, but only ever on fish n chips. Never on anything else.
Brown sauce (any old muck, i'm not fussy) on breakfast or bacon sarnies or with pie n chips.
Getting to like that jerk sauce...Reggae Reggae, here comes Johnny reggae  showing my age again

When I can get hold of it, Remoulade, which is like a mayonnaise with chopped cabbage, pickled cucumber, onion, turmeric, mustard and cayenne pepper. Got a taste for it when I was in Denmark many years ago. Chips and Remoulade :tongue:

HP sauce but it must be out of a glass bottle, not a plastic one!

Case closed.

HP fruity on sausages, HP sauce on bacon, but both MUST be with thick sliced white bread.

Oh, and occasionally with some cheddar!
