@Doctor, fair enough but I was hoping to see Hertfordshire - Stevenage warts and all. Metcheck forecast suggests hot and steamy that day.

I'm not 100% definite yet, but it's looking good.

If I do come I'll aim to get the 8.52 train which gets in at Stevenage at 9.15, giving me time to have a coffee and maybe some breakfast.

It looks easy enough. Right out of the station, left at roundabout, then straight on.
Can you mark the cafe on a map or Street view it? I can't find it.

Watton's awkward to get to. 1hr20 mins with a change and a bus journey or straight to Stevenage in 25 mins.
I think I'll go straight to Stevenage

@ redjedi - If I knew how to I would...

As you ride up Six Hills Way you go through the valley - there's a bit with lots of grass on either side of you, and a bit of a down and then up. Take the little road on the left at the top of the up bit, and follow it along to where it ends at a small car park by a sailing lake. The cafe is in the building by that car park.

Or you could follow Topcat!!
