I know one bloke, who went out and bought a brand new Synapse, after 1 week, he'd had enough of the whole caper, cue one bargain Synapse in my garage:okay:.

@speccy1 of course you don't have to ride if you're fed up with it.
Puncture resistant tyres and not having a car would perhaps make you want commute more though

This. One week in the car will drive you insane.
Unless you commute 'off peak' then driving is actually quite enjoyable

I occasionally get sick of the bike.

I normally find that a trip to work in the car (into city centre rush hour traffic) soon brings me to my senses.

or using the underground or commuter lines on the railway. I will admit I was a bit nippy in the short sleeve shirt this morning , but the upside is I didn't sweat much on the commute

I sometimes feel like everything is conspiring against me, punctures, head wind etc, but no mater how crap things get cycling to work is ALWAYS better than driving...always!

PS This Summer has been fooking crap, real windy and today was quite chilly hope it picks up soon!?
