Old git climbing back into the saddle

Hi,

Returning back to bikes after 15yrs absence. I used to make my money as a bike courier in London but had to give it up after loosing an argument to a transit van - that and having both legs pinned back together. Now I'm a fat, middle aged git who has to bend forwards in order to see his toes.

Living near Biggar in South Lanarkshire, Scotland and recently bought a Decathlon F3 bike. A racer type thing with flat bars.
