a short-tempered ill-controlled small-minded troll
for me its a case of...
  1. Boil kettle
  2. pour about an inch of freshly boiled water in to a pan on a low flame (so the water stays close to boiling but not bubbling). no vinegar, no motion.
  3. crack egg into pan (fresh eggs work better, the older the egg, the flatter the white will settle)
  4. Leave egg in pan until it looks cooked
  5. remove from pan (i use a fish slice, but sometimes a pea spoon) and put egg on toast and apply plenty of salt.
it rarely fails for me.
