Hi Matt, thanks for the offer. No it is in a various stage of rebuild as I am also going to take the opportunity of replacing all the cables whilst it is in its current state. To be honest whilst I have enjoyed riding the Fixed so much I have not been in a rush to get the geared back

Just out of interest, what ratio do you have on your fixie? I have 52t front and 17t rear on my single speed, I just changed it from 16t on the back but might still make things a little easier on my knees!

I am running 48 x 18 at the moment and tend to flip wheel to run 48 x 16 in the spring / summer months.

48 x 16 is "Strava flat / downhill mode" 48 x 18 for the uphill segments

Current forecast is for rain and 4 degrees, so a little warmer than of late.

It's on the calendar for me, although I suspect when I mention it again there may be some squawking. Not sure if ill get a pass for the full 100, but hope to be there.
