Enjoyed that one gents, although my knee is complaining a little today. Guessing I din't get the cleats positioned as required on the new shoes. Will wait for the knee to calm down and then 'test' a different cleat position.

Ditto. Are evening rides any good for you? I tend to head out on this loop at night - http://app.strava.com/segments/2745535 It's all reasonably well lit and the traffic never seems too bad.

Smart, I usually set out about 7.30pm / 8pm and get home about 9.30pm, so it is a quick jaunt but not without its charm. I say 'usually' as I haven't done it for a few weeks.
