Following on from the rant thread, what do we love.....keep it clean please!

For me:

Crumpets with lashings of butter
A pristine bike
Bangers and mash
Laying in bed listening to the rain
Fresh bedding
Payday

And many others!

That post circuit training feeling

Matiz says new tyres....me too, on the bike or car.
Petexx says getting best economy from his car,,, me too. Best was 58mpg, 1.6 petrol SRI astra, 20 mile trip to work. 53mpg is acheivable over 200 to 300 miles some weeks.
The beach...preferqbly abroard.
A soak in a bath. Gets rid of the days aches.
Food. I'm not fussy about a lot of things but good food is to be relished.
