Wot she said.I read his autobiography and began to change my mind about him. Took extra note of the work he did against doping in the second part of his career and what others began to say about him, and now see him in a different light. He doesn't ask for it to be forgotten and I respect that. Everyone makes mistakes: it's what you do after that counts.
Funny, those were the only bits I didn't like: the delivery sounded flat and monotonic to me.I forgot to mention how good I thought he was in those litte race summaries he did after each of the two rest days on TDF. Don't know if he wrote them but the delivery was excellent; passionate, sharp and dramatic.
