Oh and iv'e still got some of this left which I baked a few days ago.. rum soaked raisins in hazelnut flapjacks..

I made a smoothie with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, red grapes, banana, natural yoghurt, milk and a little honey. It tasted lush!!

Nowt so far, though salmon, broccoli and pasta bake will be soon. Then I get to make a birthday cake, with a dog theme I'm told....

Tonight we are having what we call "pasta and pull it". This comes from an old saying my mother-in-law used to use:

Child: Wot we aving for dinner mum
Mum: Bread and Pullit
Child: Wot's bread and pullit?
Mum: It's when you have a bit of bread, and you pull it.

Our pasta and pull it is usually a cheapo store-cupboard version of pasta alla putanesca, also known chez Gany as Tart's pasta.

NB: it's not our wedding anniversary...
