When I snapped mine a couple of years ago I bought this:-

I chose the 4nm version which has been perfect for the seat and stem clamps. I figured that the markings on the components was the maximum torque so being slightly under would be fine. Never had any issues since.

I had a short cnc machined headset stem on my mtb that cracked at the handlebar mounts!.

It had a lot of the meat taken out of it for lightness but to be honest I'd rather have a heavier one that's up to the job..
