Mostly <20 miles local journeys - we've gone a different route. Electric. And the new Zoe goes a lot further on a charge.
I've got a works L200 pickup for the longer stuff like holidays, but how about a hire car for those?

These small turbos are new, and stressed, I am not convinced by their longevity.

We've recently bought 2 Fiat 500's and despite the 900 turbo being a favourite, we've opted for the "normal" petrol 1200's. Less complex, less chance of any failure (big bills) and like Rick Thackery mentioned, they are great fun to drive, you have to use the gear stick like you were driving an old Mini, driver involvement, fun!

We have a Skoda 1.2 turbo and its excellent with strong performance when needed and averages low 40`s. We also have a 2006 Polo 1.2 N/A with 162,000mls drives great and it refuses to give up.
