OK here's one that genuinely does annoy me. And has annoyed me for decades, let alone 2023. That is the substitution of "yourself" for "you". As in "we will send the goods to yourself".

I think it originates in a wish to appear polite and a fear that "you" is too blunt, so obviously it needs a fancy polite form. "Yourself" seems to fit the bill.

Similarly "myself" as in "myself and a friend were in the pub last night"

I think that maybe what happens is that as children we are berated for saying things like "Me and Fred went to the shops" no no no, it's Fred and I and we're left with the worrying feeling that speaking normally is wrong, so we jazz it up a bit to make it sound posh and end up with these oddities.

I heard 'yer, lemme have' as well as 'can I get' when I worked in the US. It sounded abrupt to me at first buf I got used to it. More importantly, it didn't bother anyone it was said to.

"See you later" as expressed by people on tills as I leave said till.
a) The only time you will see me "later" is if I return to the establishment.
b) A simple "thank you" "bye" would suffice, or better still, don't bother speaking to me unless I have instigated any minimal conversation.
