Most likely. In fact, I'd guess 100%.
On the other hand the real question is, will they work well enough?

I bought a 105 groupset of AliExpress. 100% genuine and cheaper than buying here even when offered as a deal. AliExpress seems to be less of a fake site than DHGate which sells loads of counterfeit items.
How do you know it was 100% genuine. I have bought chains that came in what looked like genuine packaging however when I googled it, it was fake.

Because I have ridden the same groupset on other bikes and it is identical, operates flawlessly weighs exactly the same as the Shimano specs. Takes the same 105 brake pads. I even had to replace a cover on a shifter when I dropped the bike and broke one. Bought a Shimano replacement from a UK shop and it fitted perfectly. My mate who has a bike shop has seen it and confirmed it is genuine, so unless they are making perfect replicas good enough to fool a professional I would say It is genuine.
Chains are fairly easy to fake.
