Not strictly a bike question, I've been tasked with fixing punctures on two out of the three wheels on the grandkids' stroller.

Tyres are marked 12½" x 2¼" and the replacement tubes from most sources are in the £5-£10 range, which seems extortionate.

On the other hand, Decathlon do 12" x 1.7-2.2" tubes for £1.99 (with an angled valve, too, which is a bonus). Would these do ?

2.25 would be 2 .1/4 so I'd guess so.
2.2 is so close I wouldn't be concerned.

Yes, they'll probably be exactly the same ETRTO. A 12" wheel is a 12.5" wheel, it's just less convenient to talk about a "twelve-and-a-half-inch" tyre than a twelve
