1963 BSA Tour of Britain - anyone know anything?

This afternoon I was chatting to someone and he's planning on selling a bike.

It's a 1963 BSA Tour of Britain and has recent tyres, etc.

Does anyone know anything about them? I've found this, which suggests it's a 531 steel frame.

Also, price-wise he suggested £80. Does that seem about right?

He's apparently fitted flat bars instead of drops, but still has the drops available.

I'll give him a call tomorrow. Although it'll have to be 'hidden' somewhere for a while if I do buy it.
