Hi sorry for late reply the Plug has less than 50 miles on it and the Giant is lucky to get used twice a month so maybe 500

Well you got me out of that dilemma.
Although I think the Defy would have been too nice to use as a work bike.
And I assume the fixie hasn't got mudguard and rack mounts?
