I love to spend days exploring new routes and I often take a tonne of photos. I was talking to Ben Rockett the other day and he summed it up nicely "with cycling you are going fast enough to see lots of new things but not too fast that you miss them"

now its getting nice n frosty I'll be taking the MTB out this weekend and hopefully will take some awesome pics!

the coffee and cake was from "the waiting room" on the bristol-bath railway path..... anyone who frequents that route will know how awesome that cafe is
