The very limited racing so far this season makes me think he's going to be in Spain later this year

Pogacar hasn't lost a 1-week stage race since 2021. Equally interesting is that he doesn't really do them very much. Since that year, he's averaged 1 per season. Maybe that carries over into the other thread about races like Romandie struggling financially.

He's actually raced nine one-week stage races since 21 - though some of them aren't that big (UAE, Slovenia) - so that's closer to an average of two per season. The only other season where he's only raced one he threw in a three week Giro to make up for it

Yes. He even listed next year's targets in a post race interview yesterday.
I can't remember them all but he will be starting with the Tour Down Under.

I imagine he's "on a diet" all the time, in that he probably has a team af nutritionistd advising/ controlling what he eats.

And I imagine they'll be skinnifying him a bit from now on
