Sorry to hear about the troubles at your work. Where I work they are closing one of the bike sheds due to repeated thefts and moving bikes to an area that is a little better with CCTV coverage, still not perfect though. I'm lucky that I can keep my bike next to my desk and D lock it to it and chain it to the adjacent racks at the same time as the office is not always occupied (although the door is always locked with a coded lock).
