3 bikes stolen Ealing 3rd/4th September

Garden shed raided overnight, double locks but of course they took out the weakest links (cable to ground bolt). Location is Northfields area of Ealing in W13.

Major pain, but to start the recovery process here are the bikes...

Cube Acid 29er, black frame with blue and white trim 19 inch size. Factory standard except:

• Charge spoon saddle, black with red logo
• Ritchey set back seat post, black
• Shimano SPD pedals

Specialized Hardrock mountain bike, black frame with gold colour trim 19 inch size. Factory standard except:

• Rockshox RC30 fork, black with red decals
• Avid Elixir1 hydraulic disc brakes

Custom built single speed road bike, white frame, 23 inch size

• Single speed "flip/flop" rear wheel
• Tektro brakes
• Charge Spoon saddle black with red logo
• Grey handlebar grips with red locking trims
• Chain tensioner nut on rear hub, red finish

The single speed hurts the most, self built with a lot of care, and a lot of guidance from this board. A truly sweet bike that I will miss more than the others. Learn some lessons I guess and start scouting for another 531 bike or frame. Onwards and upwards....

What a gutter. How terrible. Your description's pretty good, but have you got pics you can post as well so we can all keep an eye out on the usual sites... ebay gumtree etc?

Will post pics tonight. OP was written on the train after a long walk (rather than the usual short ride).
Paperwork start tonight so invoices and pictures will be all over the table.

I use one of these: http://www.halfords.com/motoring/motorcycling/motorcycle-security/oxford-hardcore-chain-padlock, through the frames of 2/3 bikes and one of these in the garage floor http://www.hardie-secure.com/acatalog/Ground_Anchor_1.html
