Was it a 70s themed pub, and they still work with half pences? At £6.52 and a half pence per pint, their prices are a bit futuristic for a 70s bar though . Unless you are in that there London.....

I'm guessing the point of the OP is not how high the figure is so much as the fact that it's not divisible by 4 in whole units.

£2.00 for each pint of beer and £18.10 in idiot tax for anyone stupid enough to pay that much.

I'd notice the extortionate total, turn on my heels and seek an establishment with much cheaper bar prices.

Notice it? NOTICE IT? If someone tried to charge me over £25 for four pints and I wasn't in a very swish hotel bar I'm pretty sure I'd notice it.

Are the regular clientele of the establishment doing their drinking on expenses I wonder.
