Well, they are, and they aren't.

You see, a city, more than the buildings or anything else, is its people. So when the "master race" dashes about in its tin boxes, with little or no consideration, they represent the city, in microcosm.

I have to pay something called "GLA levy" on my council tax to support such nonsense, too. What an affrontery, gorgeous, don't you agree?

Anyway, all I did was ask you to ask them to refrain, if nothing else to prevent their paintwork being besmirched (materalism evidently being something cherished by the Londoner).
