700 x 32c Tyre Recommendations please

Need some extremely durable tyres as it takes me forever and a day to change a puncture.

I did about 3000 miles on a pair with one visit thanks to a 2 inch nail,no bike tyre would’ve survived

600 miles on some 28s no issues either

Getting the tyres on and off can be though

How off-road is off-road? Bit of tow path or a bit of slightly gnarly singletrack? Maybe something in between?

Schwalbe regular marathons are very puncture resistant, great on road and and ok for light off road use, that's what I'd go for if you're not regularly riding wet muddy trails.

I once picked a pair of Marathons in my local Halfords just out of curiosity. Strewth, they were heavy! I quickly put them down again before my arm got tired.....
