Last Action Hero... i think it's got a 14 rating because one of the baddies is an axe wielding maniac, but not 'that' scary... but I'd give it a PG and reckon it's perfect for an 11 year old (that's about the age of the protagonist who's given a magic cinema ticket that lets him go into the movie)
