After failing to get out at the weekend, went out this morning to try and get some miles in. Managed 30 hilly miles in the time I had but the wind was brutal, particularly on a couple of open stretches, and the legs were really feeling it towards the end. Was originally going to do 40 miles, but 30 miles this morning felt like double that! Did I enjoy it? Not really, but I do feel better for getting out!
