Isn't it 9:30 in most places monday to friday?
I think some places also have a cut-off at 11pm - oldies not supposed to be out late.
Meanwhile in london I believe that oldsters can as well as being able to use tubes and trains for free, also use the new Elizabeth Line out to Reading for free - a hell of a long way from the centre - check out google maps.

Depends on where you live I think. We have no time limits due to bus being used mostly to coincide with ferry and so would be pretty useless if time restricted.
