My 11yr old daughter goes to this school and I myself have seen these a$$holes doing suicidal speeds through the roads there. Nearly been hit a couple times myself because the drivers don't always obey the zebra crossing rules.

But nothing to suggest that this particular motorist was speeding or what caused the accident.

Does seem a strange write up. No witnesses, no evidence of speeding or wrong doing by the cyclist or driver. Report of two air ambulances that were not needed. Injuries include lacerations to the elbow and knee and cyclist no longer in a critical state? But 10 police cars!

Judging from the roadcraft displayed by teen cyclists around these parts it's equally likely to be the riders fault. Need more info before I'll get all moral and righteous about this one.
