Excellent! Well done to your daughter! Engineering is a very good subject to study though it is incredibly tough! My daughter is doing Integrated Mech and Elec at Bath Uni. It's been a very tough year for her despite getting excellent grades at A level too. Bio Mech or Medical Eng is a very good field to get into. She'll be making all the equipment to keep us oldy lot going years into the future.

I’m a very proud dad today. Daughter got
A* maths
A* biology
A physics
B chemistry
State school education at its finest. The hours and hours of effort she put in paid off. And she worked so much harder than I ever did.

She’s off to Leeds for uni. Which is a long way from south London. She will have to learn to speak Yorkshire and get used to the cold.
