That answer's based on a few assumptions though. I don't think there's enough information to be able to define the relationship any more specifically than it already has been in the question.

Who says they're married, or even that Teresa is a woman? Could be a man, could be trans, there could be surrogacy or adoption involved, could be gay or straight. Plus the question 'what is Teresa to me?' is horribly ambiguous so we don't even know really what is being asked.
