Make me an offer. 😄

I have a chromium plated 531 frame, complete with fancy lugs. It has decals suggesting its a Colnago frame, it isn't.
However at some time in the past Bob Jackson cycles has had a hand in, probably, chroming the frame.
It is set up as a fixed wheel at the moment, with a Stronglight chainset and also a one piece Cinelli stem and quill.
Its not in brilliant condition but neither is it a hopeless case. I was actually given the bike years ago for helping someone recover and refit the seats in an old Austin 8.
The bike is a project I never really got started on, although I did fettle it enough to ride it a few times. (doesn't really fit me tbh)
Its been hanging about for years and has followed me to a new address but I realise I'm not going to do anything with it.
10 pics here but if anyone wants more I have more.

Found in the Yorkshire hills ...
Any idea of size? Frame markings besides the '262' number to help identify a possible make?
