A pair of Sidi`s

I`ve been promised a new pair of road shoes, by father Christmas, and I`ve always wanted a pair of Sidi`s with the cable tensioning system (I`ve forgotten what it`s called now........)

Any preference in what`s best to go for here? I don`t want to "take the biscuit" cost wise, but also need to know what`s a good choice.

Thanks for any pointers. Just to point out.....I`m getting pestered, LOL!

I have the Sidi Wire in the eye watering lay bright yellow. Very nice pair of shoes which can be had for a great saving if you look hard. They now have the Sidi Shot as their top of the range.

The great thing about Sidi shoes is that they are very well made and a lot of parts are replaceable, shoes you wear bits out.

I think you'll be looking at £200+ for Sidi wired tension shoes. That's a lot of kitkats.

No worries. Those Bahrain versions are great. The gold is somewhat bold, but then my current pair aren’t exactly subtle.

That`s true, my birthday is 3 weeks before Christmas so that has been used as a bargaining tool more than once
