I have a dripping tap in my kitchen, see photo for model.
How do I open it to replace the washer?

A guess...the chrome ring under the handle unscrews to reveal a large nut?

Agree with Drago.

Wrap the chrome cover with a little cloth and unscrew to reveal a standard tap head below.

Sometimes there's a ring you can unscrew at the base of the spout. Underneath it there is sometimes a circlip. Also, see if you can prise off the plastic caps that show whether the tap handles are for hot or cold water. When the plastic trim is off, there may be access screws showing underneath. Just think of all the cunning places that they can hide access screws/clips.

How do you know it has a washer?

If the taps are quarter turn from off to full on then it's more likely to have a pair of ceramic discs.
