I have a dripping tap in my kitchen, see photo for model.
How do I open it to replace the washer?

You're not new to this are you.Undo the tap head until water starts jetting out the hole and then run around the kitchen panicking.

Drat. Just what I was about to say. We have just had to have that type repaired. Discs not available seperately for our model so it was the complete valve assembly. How do you know it has a washer?
If the taps are quarter turn from off to full on then it's more likely to have a pair of ceramic discs.
Good point, so I may have to replace the ceramic seals then? How do you know it has a washer?

You replace the actual valve assembly, or cartridge. Make sure you get the exact replacement as there are many variations.Good point, so I may have to replace the ceramic seals then?
