Use Ctrl + to zoom in on the pictures, that bike has loads of damaged paintwork badly hand painted over in the wrong shade of blue, could well be lots of hidden issues with it.

Looks like a lot of shed rash hence the touch up paint , definitely a possible bargain depending on the final price,if only for the sum of it's parts ie,Wheels,stem,handlebars,levers and crankset . It's nearly two hours away from me but I'll watch with interest

Track bike, my arse. As The Little Diesel says, it's a geared bike conversion and there's nothing wrong with that. @jonny jeez, would it do you as a knockabout bike, so your belt driven thing remains pristine?

It would, if it were a size up...too small for me I'm afraid, thanks for the shout though.

Trying not to take offence at the description of my "belt drive thing"...she can hear you, you know.
