Is there something, other than a foot stand, that I can use to enable to me lean my bike(s) against whatever I like, whenever I like, without scratching my bars, bar ends and frames, or, scuffing my seat?

It protects the wall from marks, and I also use a tarp and mat on the floor to keep the floorboards clean.

Back wheel against the wall ... bike at angle turn the front wheel into the wall !
No seat wear or scratching of the bars..

It's 2014, why should I have to do all that, anyway, I've done that, turned and heard a familar sound............

I think these look very neat - Clickstand http://www.click-stand.com/

Ha ha! As if, I am coolio vintage Vespa rider, no way am I buying such a thing.^_^

I'd like something, that fitted under my top tube or maybe alongside a stay, an arm made out of titanium, that swivelled (left or right) and was telescopic, like a radio ariel, for about £5.
