A type of puzzle

I get the ones that can't be zero, but I still can't see a giant clue!

Should I really be doing a PhD involving stats? (well, I would be, if I wasn't sitting here online...)

I've just exchanged PMs with Speicher about it and it turns out that the 'giant clue' was imaginary, but just happened to be correct ! And this isn't supposed to be another clue - I'm not clever enough to do that. I didn't spot any of the clues in the orignal 'fonts' puzzle, f'instance.
