Resisting the temptation to say WTF for the whole concept of a jet powered wheelchair, (yes I know it's a joke), I can't comprehend the thinking behind the windsock. When this thing is theoretically accelerating towards 300mph the wind is only ever going to be going in one direction, Shirley?
